At Kästle, we are committed to your performance on the slopes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Kästle account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our quality team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
